Nchimunya is a Partner in the firm and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department. He is an advocate of the superior courts of Zambia with over 8 years of experience in legal practice. Nchimunya has demonstrated experience in representing high-profile individuals, multinational corporations, and institutions in disputes involving various aspects of the law, including eminent commercial disputes, land disputes, and employment and labor disputes. He has also previously defended various corporations in disputes before regulators in the energy sector. Additionally, Nchimunya has been extensively involved in highly contentious divorce cases and custody and property settlement disputes.

Nchimunya is trusted by clients to give strategic advice at all stages of a dispute, including whether to litigate or arbitrate. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Lusaka. He also serves on various committees of the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ).
